Organizar páginas

Reordena, rota o elimina páginas visualmente.

Organize PDF pages by reordering, rotating, or deleting them — all visually, right in your browser. Drag pages into the order you want, rotate any page that's sideways, remove the ones you don't need, and save a clean new PDF. Nothing is uploaded: every change happens on your own device.

How to organize PDF pages

  1. Drop your PDF file onto the page, or use Select files to choose it — you'll see every page as a thumbnail.
  2. Drag pages into the order you want, or use the arrow buttons to move them.
  3. Rotate or remove any page using the icon buttons right on its thumbnail.
  4. Click Save PDF once your pages look the way you want.
  5. Download your newly organized PDF.

The pages people reorganize are often the private ones — a scanned ID, a signed contract, an HR packet, a stack of statements. Because Organize runs inside your browser, those documents are reordered and trimmed on your own device and never sent to a server. No upload means no stray copy left sitting on someone else's disk afterward.

When to use Organize

  • Fix a shuffled scanSheet-fed scanners often drop pages out of order or slip a blank between double-sided sheets. Drag the stray pages back into place and delete the empties before you save.
  • Order an application packetPut the parts of a multi-section application into the exact sequence a form or portal expects, and remove any draft or duplicate page first.
  • Trim before you sharePull an appendix, internal notes, or a spare cover out of a long report and save a shorter copy, leaving the original file on your computer untouched.

FAQ

Does Organize PDF pages upload my files?

No. Every page you see and every change you make happens locally in your browser — your PDF is never sent to a server.

Can I organize a PDF offline, without an account?

Yes. There's no account to create, and once the tool has loaded, it keeps working without an internet connection.

Can I delete pages I don't need?

Yes. Click the remove icon on any page's thumbnail to take it out of the final PDF before you save.

Can I rotate just one page instead of the whole document?

Yes. Unlike the Rotate tool, Organize lets you rotate each page individually using the icon button on its thumbnail.

What's the difference between Organize and Split?

Organize keeps everything in one file — you reorder, rotate, and remove pages, then save a single updated PDF. Split does the opposite, breaking one PDF into several separate files. Use Organize when you want one tidy document, and Split when you need the pages as individual files.

Does reordering or deleting pages lower the quality of my PDF?

No. Organize changes only which pages are in the file and the order they appear — the pages you keep pass through untouched, with no re-compression, so text stays sharp and images look exactly as they did.

Can I rearrange a large scanned PDF with many pages?

Yes. There's no fixed page limit, so a long scan reorders just as easily as a short one. The only real ceiling is your device's own memory, since every thumbnail is rendered and saved locally.
